The Plant Diet is a work, in which you drink a selected plant for 7 days or more, in special cases. From the 8ths day on begins the post- diet, which lasts about three more weeks. The diet time is, all together, a process of 4 weeks.
Depending on what you want to work on, physically and mentally, this plant will be selected for you by the teacher Wairaruna.
For the development of the master plant, each participant receives a questionnaire, which helps us to find your plant/ plants. Working with a master plant means great healing and depth. This type of work is used according to ancient Quechua tradition to heal body, mind and soul. It is used to heal a wide variation of diseases and emotional imbalances, it helps you to strengthen your core center and to bring you in harmony and depth with your being and in your original true power. The spirit works in the dreams. The master plants do not work psychoactive.
The work with the Master Plant makes you much more sensitive, makes you widen your consciousnes and opens up your senses and your heart.
The diet work is held at our Center in Peru, where each person has a own hut.
The work with a Master Plant offers great healing but also requests discipline and attention.
It is a time of observation, therefore we recommend to stay in as much silence as possible. It is a time of sexual abstinence as well as no physical contact with others.
During the plant diet it is important to respect a certain food diet. The alimentation is very much limited and includes potatoes and rice, as well as oats and wheat and cucumbers. There is no salt, sugar or similar consumed.
We recommend this work to people, who really want to go deeper in their healing work, who can take responsabilty for their own emotions and are willing to follow certain regulations, which are important for the 7 day diet and post diet time, which is all together a process of 30 days.
Our Plant Diet Seminar is a 10 day Retreat and includes the Plant Diet, 4 Ceremonies and a Plant Bath.
